Payments, Shipping and Returns
Día Feliz Kids Shop accepts the following methods of payment:
All major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs for online purchases.
In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order in effort to keep high demand items accessible to other customers.
We will make every attempt to have consistent pricing on our website. Occasionally, however, we will offer special prices that are exclusive to our online store. In the event that a product is priced incorrectly on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any and all orders. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, we will remove that item from your order and issue a credit back to your original method of payment for the amount of the incorrect price.

Out of stock items
We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, although we do occasionally sell out of products. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and will offer a refund or an exchange for a similar item. Once your confirmation has been received, we will proceed with shipping of the order or its cancellation. Any changes will be reflected in your order total, as well as your shipping confirmation.
Domestic shipping (within USA)
We do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of the order being placed, except weekends and public holidays.
We ship orders by USPS and UPS from our warehouse in San Jose, California.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Orders made on Friday or the day before a public holiday after 12:00 pm PST time will be shipped the next business day.
In order to be more environment-friendly, we've done away with paper receipts inside your order. If you would like to receive one, please drop us a line and we'll make sure one is included.
Expedited and express shipping is available to physical addresses in the Contiguous US only.
Sorry, we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
It's the Buyer's responsibility to provide us with the correct recipient address. We are happy to adjust the mailing address before the order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once the package is shipped, all changes to the address are at the Buyer's expense.

International and APO/FPO/DPO shipping
International and APO/FPO/DPO shipping is available by request. Please contact us for terms and quotation. We will do our utmost to respond you asap.
We hope that you love everything you receive from store, but if ever you are unhappy with your order, you can return your items quickly and easily. Just contact us with the title "Return" and let us know your order number and the items you wish to return. We will email you back with return instructions (we do not include a return form and return shipping label in parcels to keep our paperless policy).
Returns are accepted provided we receive your items back within 40 (forty) days of your receipt of goods (except sale items). At the discretion of Día Feliz Kids Store we may accept the returns beyond the above-said period.
Domestic refunds will be for the total sum of you paid (yes, we have FREE refund), except sale items. Once the item(s) has been received and examined, we will process your refund immediately. The money should be back in your account in 5-10 working days.
If you require an exchange, we ask that you return your unwanted items and place a new order.
Kindly note! We are happy to take back all unused and unwashed items, without scrapes and any other usage tracks, with tags and labels still attached, with intact original brand package (excluding our store package). We pack and send each item with care and love and would like to receive all items back in the same condition.
We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition and/or which brand package has been damaged (excluding our store package). In such a case we can send it back at customer`s expense or accept with a restocking fee up to 80%.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us as soon as possible on email@example.com, attaching a photo if possible. You will have 10 (ten) days to return your item and receive a full refund (except sale items).
SALE ITEMS AND ITEMS WITH PROMO CODE
Our usual return policy does not apply to sales items and items sold with promo codes. You have 10 (ten) days to return a sale item to get a full refund. The return is fulfilled at customer`s expense unless the items were faulty.

INTERNATIONAL and APO/FPO/DPO RETURNS
International and APO/FPO/DPO returns are fulfilled at customer's expense.
